Why would anyone need to know this? Is there a problem with overheated batteries?

There are a lot of battery monitering/temp apps....try using your search function in the app market.....It doesnt really matter anyways, because I 100% assure you that unless something is very very wrong or you've overclocked your phone it won't get hotter than 42 or 43 celcius on a bad day.
