Having an issue getting a stable wifi connection? Well here is some good news. Google has just rolled out an Ethernet Adapter [$15 on the Google Store] that should give you a rock solid connection. Unfortunately they are already sold out.

They restocked! I just impulse bought this even though I probably will have moved into my new place by then where I don't think I'll be having any wifi issues xD. Oh well, still good to have on hand at $15 with free shipping!
 
My Chromecast gets a wonderful signal in my basement, but thanks for reminding me that I keep forgetting to make a patch cable to connect my Smart TV that sits right by the router. It's wifi performance has been less than ideal. Doesn't always connect right away, which is a real pain when you're turning it on specifically for netflix or similar.
 
I probably would have jumped on this when I first got my Chromecast. But since I got my Nexus Player I don't use it anymore. It's just been sitting in a drawer
