Google Checkout Refund

Does anyone know who to contact to report/dispute an error? I tried out Remote Desktop Client and uninstalled within one hour. The notification came that my order had been cancelled and my card had not been charged. I checked my bank statement today and find that I was indeed charged the full $19.95 or whatever. I checked my Google Checkout account and it shows the order as cancelled, yet no refund. Xtralogic has no contact info and I'm not sure it's their problem. Google Checkout has no option for reporting an error. Thanks in advance.

You will see the charge reversed in a day or two..I've had the same thing happen to me.
 
If you can't find anything I suggest disputing it w/ ur CC company? Only thing I can think of ... Ive only installed 2 apps I didnt like and it wasnt a problem on my end not getting charged
 
Thanks guys. This is the first problem I've had with a refund from them. It was instant previously.

And I do dress funny but my mom says I look handsome, so I'm going with that.:)
