Google Listen and mp3

How can I listen to MP3's through Google listen?

One of the podcasts i listen to has gone to a pay-per-listen format. So I can't get the podcast through an RSS feed anymore. I have to download it as an MP3.

The podcast is 2 hours long. I can't listen to it in one sitting. The music player doesn't keep the place where I stopped so I have to fast forward whenever I start again. I would really like to listen to the mp3 in Google listen.

If anyone has a solution to screaminscott's problem (which I share), that would be awesome.

If you can, I recommend act one video player. It also plays audio files and keeps a bookmark if you'd like to.
