I got this problem a lot on my Galaxy Nexus, and was assuming it was just a phone-specific issue, but I'm now seeing it occasionally happen on my new S4. Does anybody else's song progress bar in Google Music randomly decide not to move and just stay sitting at 0:00 throughout the song's playback? Any known fixes?
