Google play store problem

I am running Bloodrage 2.4, but I have the problem with the stock rom too. When google play store starts it doesn't have the button that shows my apps all it shows is settings and help. I have two google accounts but I cannot switch between them. I have tried clearing cache and data but nothing changes. Thanks.

What happens if you swipe in from the left side of the screen?

Are you logged into the play store correctly? Right account and password?

That is the new version of the play store. Swipe in from left for the other options as stated above.
