Google Releases The Android 4.3.1 Factory Image For The Nexus 7 2013!

The latest and greatest version of Android, Android 4.3.1 Jelly Bean, is rolling out to Nexus 7 LTE now! Google has posted the official factory image for build number JLS36I. You can use this to restore your device to factory settings or if you wish to update your device. This also appears to make the Nexus 7 LTE the first device to receive this update. You can easily install this version of Android via adb. You will need to be comfortable with command line prompts and ADB. There are no apparent changes in this build. Im guessing a new changelog will arrive shortly.

I am curious if this update will also be relative to the WiFi-only N7 tablets..
I bought one a couple of weeks ago, and love it, but I had no reason to buy another phone, so I opted for the WiFi only version, and have been absolutely pleased with it, and have unlocked the bootloader as well.
When I select the update option, it states I am already up to date, and I am unable to acquire the latest firmware update for this device, so am I really missing something, or is this latest update just a few more unwanted bloat additions?
