Google Search Bug On Pixel Launcher Being Reported By Some Pixel Users

Just as the sound bug is being fixed by Google on Pixel devices another major bug turns up. Many Pixel and Pixel XL users are reporting a bug with the Pixel Launcher which takes away the Google Search function. When you press the mini bar the search history fails to load, suggestions won't load as an inquiry is input, and no search query will actually complete. Apparently those who experience the bug have fixed it with a reboot, but may see it pop back up later requiring another reboot. This is not as big of a deal as the previous sound bug, but can be annoying for those who have experienced it. Hopefully we get a fix for this issue soon.

Interesting, this has happened to me a few times on my Note 7 recently. I'm using Nova launcher with the Google search bar. Didn't happen in the past.

this happens to me with the search app sometimes.. usually reloading the app will fix it. rarely a reboot is actually required.
