Google Talk 1.3 w/video chat

I'm on BAMF 2.0-5 and have it installed. Is it supposed to work for video chat? I have the camera next to my name on my phone, but others (who are using the same ROM and .apk) do not see the option to video chat with me, nor can I see it for them. Am I missing something?

do you have the front camera working? I've heard it's a bit buggy in the GB builds.

The June 39th upgrade to Gingerbread is going to include working Skype and working Google Talk.
