Is there an app that will sync with task in gmail? thats by Google?

If it has to be by Google, you're stuck with their mobile site, which lakerfan mentions above. If not, try gTasks. It's not by Google, but works great.

Gtask reminders

At least gtask has reminders. So does Jorte. But you have to manually sync them. However, since google is twiddling, google tasks does not support reminders. So any task reminders I set on my phone never get never get thru to my Outlook and vice-versa.
Trying to sync office stuff thru google is like trying to tie your shoelaces with your arms behind your knees. I still haven't found a really good solution like WinMo, BB, and Palm had.
Don't get me wrong, I am enjoying my new android phone very much, but I am having a hard time with the PDA functions.
