Google Voice Call Quality

If I use Google's app and go through their access number call quality is on par with straight cell to cell.

If I use an app that uses the call back feature the call quality is not as good.

Has anyone else noticed this?

I don't use call back so I can't really comment. Are you unable to add the access number to F&F?

I haven't noticed a huge difference in quality enough that would make me stop using it.

@takeshi, since gv calls out to an access number that's closest to whatever cell tower you're at, that number could change. Then you have to also add your assigned gv number for all incoming calls. So you have to add 2 F&F numbers to be covered. That's why its better to use a gv call back app, then you only need to add your gv assigned number
