Google voice install problem

I don't know if I am posting this in the correct area or not. I just got an S4. I am trying to install GV. When I do, it says, "Unfortunately, Google Voice has stopped"

Does any one know a work around for this?

If it's installed but not working uninstall it then hard reboot. If it doesn't install then hard reboot and try again
