Google Voice Question

Is there any way to turn off text and email notification when a new voice mail comes in; but still get the little google voice icon to show up in the status bar??

Login in to Google Voice on the web, go to setting, Go to Voicemail & SMS, and uncheck Voicemail and/or e-mail.
