Google voice/ voip help

I have crappy service in my room and I'd like to be able to call my girl over wifi.

I thought google voice supported this but apparently not..only international calls is what the options have. I tried a couple gv call back apps..didn't work. Fring drops the call after a minute or so.are there any decent free android voip options? I've heard of gizmo 5 but looks like google bought them out.

Not by itself. You'd need some sort of VOIP solution in addition to GV.
