Got S-Off - Need help Freezing on Boot

Coming from GB Cleanrom 1.7.3 Rom Rooted

So i got my S-Off and re-unlocked my bootloader

so both is Unlocked and S-Off

When it asked if i wanted to install the modified HBoot- I said yes ( ControlBearRelease_vigor_GB_WIN)

HBoot-2.11.2005
Radio-0.95.00



When i tried to reboot back after the unlock it just freezes at the 4G loading screen.

I am able to access amon recovery....

What i'm i suppose to do next?

Can i just flash a new rom?

I downloaded the Ivysaur 1.0 so it would be ICS ROM

Or is there something else i need to do?

I believe flashing a ROM is the next step however you should probably consult the S-Off guide you worked from.
