Got to Handle the Galaxy S3..............Wow

Stopped by a Sprint kiosk in the mall yesterday and played with the newly received S3. What a sweet device. This was the white flavor and was vefy light in weight, fit in my hand extremely well, not slick to the touch, and overall was very impressive.

Depending on what you're looking for in the device, the S3 is very snappy in moving betwedn screens. Settings wereeasy to find and use, and there's a setting onboard for developer access, if that's your thing. Camera was instant and burst mode is wonderful. I didn't have any issues with the recent apps or back buttons on either side of the home button.

From what I could see, there's nothing not to like about this device. Yes it's plastic but if feels well made. I didn't run a speedtest, however, this rascal doesn't lack speed. My only concerns now are real world battery life and how are the radios. I know someone will make a 3000mah battery that won't look out of place, so 4g reception and phone calls will be the deciding factor.

It will be interesting to see reports from our members as the Verizon edition hits the market. Love what I see so far, your mileage of course may vary.

One thing on the screen. That big, bad, 4.8" baby is absolutely gorgeous. Colors are outstanding, and not nearly as over saturated as I thought they would be. Web pages are rendered nicely.

For one who has only used Moto products, I didn't have any trouble navigating through the device. So, this iteration of Touchwiz must be fairly light. And speaking of light, the phone is extremely light, almost feeling like it will float right out of your hand. Samsung did a good job with this one.
