GPS issues on GB

I've been on GB for a while and I recently went to Apex (in which I had to update my kernel) and ever since I went to 2.3 my navigation or anything else that uses GPS will be stuck at "waiting for location" for a VERY long time, sometimes I can't get it to work at all. Is there a fix for this?
