GPS Not Working But Can Log NMEA Data

I have a Droid Bionic that I can't get a GPS satellite fix with. However, I can get it to log NMEA data with several different GPS logging apps. Here are the things I've tried:

1. Turned 'Access to My Location' and 'Let apps use GPS' on and off in Location Settings.
2. Turned location access on/off in Google Maps Settings
3. Pulled Battery and waited several minutes.
4. Run Fix Permissions,
5. Tried Advanced Tools App
6. Tried GPS Checker App
7. Tried GPS Data App
8. Tried GPS Essentials App
9. Tried GPS NMEA App
10. Tried GPS Status App
11. Tried GPS Test App
12. Tried inViu GPS Details App
13. Tried Turbo GPS App
14. Used the Fix GPS functions on all above GPS apps
15. Used the Reset GPS data and A-GPS data functions on all the above apps

However, I can see NMEA data coming from the receiver with several of the apps that will log this data. Here's an example of some of this NMEA data:

I don't have an answer but this was posted under FAQ which it obviously isn't so I'm going to transfer it to Bionic Tech Support

If someone reading this post has a Droid Bionic that is able to get a satellite fix would be willing to log NMEA data and post it here it would allow me to compare known good data with what I'm getting.
