GPS on Fascinate is POOR at best

I Picked up a Fascinate on Saturday for my wife. It's not a bad phone except the GPS sux. I installed "GPS TEST" from the market and compared to my X.
Inside, the Fascinate can't not lock. X Locking is no problem. Compared my X with att captivate. Same problem. The Captivate will not lock inside.

Does anyone know when / if there is a fix for this? The unit will go back if this does not get fixed in 30 days.

My Fascinate took a while to lock on but was fine once it did. I downloaded GPS status for free form the market and it now locks much faster.
