Best one without a doubt is instamapper. you can also activate it with texting your phone to turn it on, or send a command so it starts, sends a location, then shuts it off.

I actually bought a iden i425 so I can install it on that phone (they have a iDEN version too) and going to hard wire it to my car, so it'll have a GPS tracker
