GPS will not Stop........

So Ive had a few minor issues with my Razr. And here is a new one that I have not seen posted yet:

At least once a day my Razr will run the GPS and not shut off. I know this because the GPS icon is constantly running and my battery starts to drain at a fast rate. However, when I shut off the GPS or manually shut it down in my settings, the GPS will still run. Has anyone else seen this? It barely started after my update.

The only way to fix this is by giving my phone a reboot, but like I said it pops up again........

My old droid used to do this when I had a custom traffic program loaded. After removing it, it stopped. Perhaps you have a program that's calling for a GPS fix?

Most weather apps call for your current location periodically. Google maps also.
