GV Google Voice issue - Blocked Calls

I am having an issue with calls through my google voice number that are blocked or marked as spam in the contacts yet are still ringing to my droid. I never had this problem before with my previous phone. I have tried changing different settings and continue to recieve calls that should not be coming through.
Is anyone else having this issue?
Does anyone know how to fix this?
