The folks over at DroidMatters shared a decent hands-on video of the Motorola Droid 4 from CES this week. Recently we shared some leaked data that the phone will likely retail for around $250, but there is still no firm info on a release date for the device. There is also no firm date on when the phone might eventually get Ice Cream Sandwich. Here's a spec recap:

- 1GB of RAM
- 16GB of internal storage
- Front and rear-facing cameras
- 4G LTE
- Android 2.3 Gingerbread
