Just got my update. Can't send SMS over wiFi. Don't understand what the point of being able to send an SMS is through hangouts if I can't do it via WiFI. The only reason I would want to send it through hangouts is when I have no reception and stuck using a hot spot.

Don't use the app to begin with and after reading all the new permissions, decided I would skip this one.
