Hard Keyboard Glitches

I've noticed that occasionally when you press a certain key on the keyboard it opens up an app. For example I press "k" and it opens up the browser. This is different every time it glitches. The simple fix for it is restarting the phone or just using the touchscreen keyboard. Has anybody else noticed this?
