Hardware Button changer App

I am looking for an app that allows you to change the functionality of the hardware buttons.

Example:
Instead of the volume buttons increasing/decreasing volume. They increase/decrease the brightness or serve any customizable function you choose.

Same with the camera button, I would like to be able to bind it to a certain function of my choosing.

If not I may have to learn how to make this
