hate to start a new thread on this but i sbfed and now i bootloop

I flashed a bad rom so i sbf'd now i bootloop and i tried to factory reset my phone through the x and power thing and it won't pull up it says cant find it
EDIT: I may have found out why.... my battery was under the initial percentage for sbfing...
