have things popping up in browser history, search, and dictionary

I have an LG vortex and for some reason I keep having pages like Google settings showing up in my browser history without me ever clicking it or it showing upon my phone. The same thing is happening with my search history an my user dictionary. I don't know what's going on and would like to fix it as soon as possible. Any ideas?
