I can dial phone numbers just fine, however, when I need to enter additional information like the last four digits of my social security number or my birthday, the numbers all register on the screen, but the robot always tells me the info is not correct and it obviously is. Anyone have similar issues? Specifically, this happens when I call Suntrust or the Walmart Associate number.

Have you tried calling these numbers with another phone? I entered my voicemail password multiple times today and it worked fine everytime.

Yeah, trying this from my mom's Xperia Play works fine.

That's weird. I'm not sure if you can clear the cache of the phone, but if you can do that. If not, I would think a restart should work. Kinda weird it's acting up that way. You on a ROM?

I just experienced this tonight. It seemed to only be an issue when I had it on speakerphone, it was ok so long as I had the phone up to my ear.

Oh wow, this worked. Thanks a million. Why that's an issue in the first place is beyond me lol.

So entering keys for passwords on Speakerphone is a no go huh?

Ahhhh, the speaker phone may be the problem! 50% of the time, my voicemail says I've entered the wrong password. I'll try it off speaker and I bet that fixes it!

Huh...I've never had this issue. My passwords work all the time with speaker phone on.
