Having issues with ringtones...

Ok, so I am having problems with my ringtones...before they were working great and perfectly, now however before I make a call and when I recieve a call I get some lady's voice saying "verizon wireless" and then itstarts playing my ringtone but cuts it in half and says "verizon wireless again and then half the ringtone. Anyone know anyways to fix this it is really irritating.

Go to"settings"..."sounds & display"..."roaming tone"...make sure it is unchecked! That should clear up the Verizon message!

Thank you so much for the response. I looked and roaming tone was checked so I unchecked it and hopefully it fixes the problem. Thanks again!!
