HD video compression

Ok....so I record a video in 720p and wanted to upload to Facebook but its a 70mb file and doesn't do any sort of compression. Does anyone know if there's a setting or a way to share the HD video without having to run it through my editing software? I was really hoping it would just do it since that's one thing they always boast about as far as social media integration. Thanks for any help!
