head phonejack wont work

The headphone Jack was working last night and good for that matter, no static or anything. but this morning on the bus my head phones didn't work and I though the headphones were the problem not the Droid, the Droid speaker works fine but no matter what head phone I tryed there isn't any sound comming out of it when its plugged into the Droid.

I have had the same problem happen to my droid, I rebooted and it was fine... still I was pissed when it happened
