I am a Desktop PC administrator and Sharepoint Trainer.
I live in Upstate New York and work at the Indium Corporation in Clinton, NY
I just switched to the Motorola Droid RAZR MAXX at work.
My previous device was the HTC Thunderbolt. (Blech!!)
I found this forum from a Google search regarding the lack of a "control media volume" feature in Smart Actions.
I'm sure this will be a great resource.
