I found this forum while looking online for more information about rooting my Motorola Droid (sadly, it is the original Droid A855). My only goal in rooting is to be able to form a mobile hotspot with my phone so I can have wifi access with my iPad and my desktop computer when my broadband internet is slow or non-functional (yes, it is with Verizon too). I find that the best places to get info from is the user forums so here i am.
