HELP! Broken screen, need to retrieve files!

My girlfriend's Spectrum 2 was dropped and cracked the screen. Touch screen does not work and the phone does not support a USB mouse. I need to get files off of the phone and wipe it before it goes to Asurion. Please help! I'm so frustrated with this thing right now.

Try Android Commander, you might be able to get the files off of it with that program. If not just tell Asurion that you dropped the phone off a boat or something and couldn't get it back then you will at least have some time to try and figure something out.
