HELP! Can't write on market or browser

Hey guys, I can't write on the search bar on the market or stock browser, when I tap them the keyboard doesn't pop up, but I can write on the Opera browser and other Apps, not rooted

Just opened the stock YouTube app and tried to search, same thing keyboard wont pop up
