So I've had the phone since launch and I think my wifi is defective. When I go to turn it on it says. Turning on.. / then turning off... / then scanning.. it keeps doing this without successfully turning on. I've tried several reboots. Its been doing this for a few days now. What is the exchange policy? Thanks
