HELP having problems installing the new leak after fastboot

I had the .75 ics leak installed with no problems.

wanted to go to the new 209 leak...

followed the instructions and fast booted to .181 with the razr utility, rooted.

then copied the new leak to the cache folder and ran and it fails and it starts then goes to the triangle with the exclamation point, and returns back to gb.

what should I look at doing next to get the new one installed?

If I remember correctly the developer states in the installation instruction that you will probably have to execute the install from SD card twice...it usually fails the first time. It sounds like you've done everything correctly...don't stop at one attempt.
