Help!! How do I recover the main clock/weather and favorites apps?

I was pressing the screen to pull down the notifications bar and I ended up throwing away my clock and the favorites (speed dial) apps. I cannot seem to find it in the widgets, programs or shortcut menu. Where do I find it??
