Help...I cant get my tb to just vibrate when texted

I have my phone on vibrate only but when i recieve a text nothing happens...please help. ThAnks

Go into the text messaging application and press menu>settings. Then you should be able to scroll down and see notification settings or something similar. There should be a vibrate toggle within these settings.

Go into text/settings/message settings/select ringtone/silent. Make sure vibrate is selected before you exit.
