Help installing theme on Gummy Jar

I have Gummy Jar 2.5 rom loaded which is awesome but I really want the Frost theme I found. So what do I do from here I had a few issues just getting gummy jar loaded up. I have the Droid X bootstraper and it wont let me open the bottom button which is reboot recovery. In which case I could choose th efrost file. So do I have to have the frost file load after already having gummy jar or what. SOrry for the rookie questions but would like to have this going asap.

Did you wipe data and cache?
Try uninstall and reinstall of bootstrap.
Just putting these out there. I have never had a problem with bootstrap myself so really don't know what else to try.
