(help) mr2.5 and cant go back

I tried to flash the mr2.5 radio and now I don't have root permission and every time I try to flash the mr1 radio it says "main version is older" update failed. And I've tried to re root it several times and they have all failed.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated
