Help! New Folder Appeared - Have no clue where it came from

So I went to my Camera Gallery today, and I noticed a New Folder there - Buick_2_1307633541. When I open it, there are five "photos", one a Facebook icon, a Learn More, Play, and Continue, as well as what appears to be a photo of a guy's face and a car (presumably Buick). When I try to delete manually, the delete option isn't available. I've gone through the SD card and tried to delete, but it's still there.

Has this happened to anyone before? I thought maybe it came from Words with Friends because they often have those free ads that pop up, but I'd like it gone.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Yeah it happens to me once in a while when i install a new app or rom or themes.
