Help! No ring or notification!

Help! My phone won't play ring tone or notification sound and when I try to select a ring tone the settings app force closes! Not good! Anyone have any ideas before I blow this thing away again? I'm on LGB 0.8. Thanks in advance!

Just for everyone else's reference, I'll tell you what got me to that problem.

1. Flashed LGB 0.8
2. Flashed Sound Mod and changed my ring tones to non-standard ones.
3. Set my phone up the way I like it.
4. Flashed some theme I didn't like, so I:
5. Flashed LGB 0.8 again.

That was it. I think the problem was that the phone couldn't find the ring tones I had set. But even after flashing Sound Mod again, it still would not work. So I had to start alllllll over again. So annoying. Oh well!

DON'T do what I did!
