help..phone will not restore to factory

i wiped data 5 times, wiped cache 5 times and even formatted sd card like brand new and my phone still goes to the ud rom and theme after reboot and i didnt reinstall the zips after wipe..y is this happening? please help

Noone knows the fix other than flashing a sbf back to it?

Correct, Factory reset will not do what you are looking for.

Ok I see.. well I have a thread I just started cause I had to redo my phone do to other issues and it still didn't fix..I don't know what to do, cause if I flash it and it still does it. That will be a lot of time once again I spent messing with this
