HELP PLEASE IT's URGENT

my motorola droid 2 global doesn't turns on:
my problem started yesterday in the night i didn't have any network avaliable so my cellphone restarted and it was normal for me.
but today i wanted to see my messages.
and i tried to go to search my network and my cellphone displayed
"error buscando redes" in english maybe something like"failed searching networks".
and it was the same and the same again so i thought to turn off my cellphone and then obviously turn the power on but now it didn't turn on.

i live in mexico city my network is telcel,so i only use gsm networks
and also any trouble like water,falls and things like that.
i hope someone can help me,thanks and sorry for my bad english.

Was your phone rooted? Have you tried a few battery pulls? Can you turn your phone on to bootloader? You may have to sbf.
