Help!!! Please!!!!

Hey I'm in desperate need of HELP!!!

A while ago I rooted my phone because i heard it was all kinds of awesome and that you could do incredible things with your phone, mine being Motorola Droid Razr XT910. I
rooted my razr. It was everything i expected and more. I then flashed the ICS stock rom using rsd lite. During the end of the update my power tripped and so did my pc. Me
freaking out like never before, my razr was frozen on the screen "optimising application"...and it stayed like that for an hour. I turned the phone off and on again. It didnt
turn on. I was freaking out so bad! I tried putting in the charger but it didnt want to charge. It just shows the white led light...im freaking out right now. Can anyone help me please!!!

Yeah but now everything in green and when i want to charge it it shows a question mark so i cant even charge my phone...
