HELP please

I have a question, im about to call verizon to do a warranty exchange because my phone(which is a replacement already) isnt working properly, when i scroll fast on a website it zooms in instead of actually moving the screen as if it feels pinch to zoom, but anyway when they ask me the info on my phone, i want to know what to tell them so they dont know its rooted right now(and it did it before it was rooted too) like version 2.1 baseband and all of that

Unroot your phone and return it to stock (Using rom manager), you will need to send it back stock anyway, it it is indeed broken.
