Help!!! Pls!!!!!!

Ok so I woke up this morning and noticed that their were updates for some apps that I have. Ive downloaded some and while downloading, my phone seemed to be force closing, im gettin prompted saying "Activity Home not responding" and all of a sudden my phone is REALLY lagging and started to restart out of no where a couple of times. I ran the antivirus program and says my phone is clean. I deleted certain apps that I updated to see if that was the problem and its still acting up like this. I even tried to format the SD and it wont even give me that option. It is not lit up so I cant click on it.

Has this happened to anyone? If so, did you get the problem fixed? Any advice will be greatly appreciated! thank you in advance!

Hello Ray...I've been reading/hearing more and more problems with antivirus and apps not playing well together.

We had 2 problems yesterday with anti-virus and Layers.

I would list your apps and anitivirus you are using so users can see what you are running. More than likely it's not isolated and somebody can help you out.

But again the anti-virus software seems to clash with certain apps.

As far as anti-virus I do not know of any. I don't run them. Sorry.

The verizon tech (Viperboy) who posts on here says there is no need for antivirus on the Droid. No viruses yet for it I guess.

Well, my anti-virus app notified of an update, last night. I updated. This morning, it repeated restarted. Was not doing the same task, it was random. Just read this and uninstalled the anti-virus and manually restated. So, far....no problems.
