HELP!!!! plug into wall and only red M shows up??

Hey guys so my phone will not turned on tried everything. so i plugged it into my wall with the stock charger that came with the phone and only the red M shows up and will not progress any further, also i hold the power+volume down button to reboot and it stops and then goes back to red M .

Any suggestions???

I had this problem too. Discovered it was the charger. Started using car charger and a new wall charger from Verizon.
